The blade is available in S235JR steel painted orange RAL 2011 or in stainless steel, and the scraper blade in wear-resistant Hardox steel or in neoprene. The MICROTECH snow plow has hydraulic operation, with hydraulic cylinders for right/left inclination and lifting/lowering and is equipped either with radio control (an integral part of the electro-hydraulic unit) or alternatively, combined with the hydraulic system built on the vehicle, push-button panel electric with cable. 

MICROTECH works through a 12V electro-hydraulic control unit which can be installed, on request (optional), on the snow plow attachment. Alternatively, a special hydraulic system built on the pusher. The painting is oven-baked, with a special anti-rust treatment and RAL 2011 final enamel and the pipes are R2 with unified fittings and quick couplings.

The basic version of the MICROTECH snow plow for Ford Transit truck is fully equipped which includes:

• Single-acting hydraulic cylinder for blade lifting
• Wear resistant steel knife
• N.2 single-acting hydraulic cylinders for blade orientation
• Mechanical coupling support
• Deep lights
• Shockproof system using polyurethane elastomers
• Front spoiler in orange RAL 2011 painted steel

The following options are also available:

• Clearance lights with extendable mobile support to indicate the maximum size of the blade
• Front spoiler in AISI 304 stainless steel
• 12 Volt electro-hydraulic unit with push-button panel and radio control covered by a special inspectable box for maintenance and protection from bad weather
• Bipolar electric cable for electrical connection to the vehicle battery with connection plug and fuse
• Neoprene scraper knife as an alternative to the steel knife
• Splash guard rubber on the upper edge of the blade
