Shipping methods and costs must always be agreed.
On the day of departure from the SNOW SERVICE SRL warehouses, one of our operators makes a phone call in advance: the informed customer can request a postponement of the departure if necessary.
SNOW SERVICE SRL reminds you that in some disadvantaged locations (e.g. restricted traffic areas, roads inaccessible to motor vehicles and some mountain locations) the service may not be available. We invite you to contact us to receive confirmation on the feasibility of applying the delivery service with tailgate.

DAMAGE TO MERCHANDISE OR MISSING PARTS
Case 1: goods arrived with evident damage due to transport.
In case of receipt of damaged goods:
Case 2: no damage but open package
If one or more components are missing:
Late reports or reports without complete documentation proving damage or missing parts will not be accepted.
