RETURNED GOODS  

SNOW SERVICE SRL accepts return requests also for compliant and non-defective goods within 30 days of receipt of the goods under these conditions:

  • possession of the purchase invoice.
  • new product complete with packaging and in perfect condition.

RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASE

The return of the product must take place by courier or by direct delivery to the SNOW SERVICE SRL warehouses. To request return authorization, you must contact us by e-mail ( info@snowservicesrl.com ) indicating the order number and the reason for the return. Transport costs are charged to the customer.

 

RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If a product is found to be defective, SNOW SERVICE SRL will provide the foreseen assistance, providing for the repair or possible replacement of the same. The return of the defective product can be made within 2 years by private customers and within 1 year by professionals with a VAT number.

SNOW SERVICE SRL will cover the transport costs.

In the case of in-store purchases, the goods must be physically returned to the point of sale. In case of online purchase, it is possible to return the goods physically at the point of sale, or by shipping by courier, by contacting via e-mail ( info@snowservicesrl.com ).

Legal Guarantee for Consumers

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code"), all Products for sale on the Website are covered by the legal guarantee in favor of the Consumer, in case of lack of conformity.

The lack of conformity of the Products that occurs within 24 months of delivery must be reported by the Consumer within 2 months of its discovery.

 

In the event of a lack of conformity, the Consumer may ask SNOW SERVICE SRL, alternatively and without charge:

- the repair or replacement of the purchased Product

- a reduction of the purchase price

- the termination of the Sales Contract.

 

The remedy requested by the Consumer, once the defectiveness of the product has been ascertained, may be offered unless the request is objectively impossible or excessively onerous pursuant to art. 130 of the Consumer Code.

To exercise the legal guarantee, the Consumer can send the report by e-mail ( info@snowservicesrl.com ).

 

Legal Guarantee for Professionals

It should be noted that, as regards the Warranty for Product Defects, the Professional is entitled to all rights provided for by articles 1490 and following of the Civil Code, which provides for the 12-month legal warranty.

In particular, the Professional can enforce the guarantee, provided that he reports the defect in the Product within eight days of discovery and within one year of delivery of the same.

To exercise the Legal Guarantee, the Professional will have the option of forwarding the report via e-mail ( info@snowservicesrl.com ).

 

REIMBURSEMENT

In case of return of non-defective goods, if the customer chooses to be reimbursed, only the amount relating to the price of the goods will be credited back. Any costs for packaging, shipping and ancillary services are therefore excluded from the refund. For online purchases, the refund will be made in the same payment method chosen during the purchase.

Any type of refund will be made only after the return and verification of the goods by SNOW SERVICE SRL.
